Allyssa Wood

Allyssa Jordan Wood, 18, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, April 4, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital.

Allyssa was a 2011 Stafford High School graduate. She previously lived in Vero Beach, FL for nine years where she was a member of The Community Church, played on the Vipers soccer team and attended Vero Beach High School.

She is survived by her father, Daniel Wood and his wife, Melissa; her mother, Deanna Wood; her sister, Addisson Marie Wood; her grandmothers, Dixie Jean Wood of Baltimore, MD and Nora Jean Crofutt of Warner Robins, GA and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration service will be held from 12 to 4pm Sunday, April 10, 2011 at Falmouth Volunteer Fire Department Station 1. Interment will be private.
