Norma June Dillard Sullivan, 85, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Mrs. Sullivan was devoted to her family and home.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Roy B. Sullivan; sons Roy D. “Mickey” Sullivan (and Melody) and Tony L. Sullivan (and Kathy); sister Anita Curtis; two grandchildren Mickey S. Raines (and Jeremy) and Timothy G. Sullivan (and Kate Brodowski); two great grandchildren Hunter and Peyton Raines; and 15 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dora Dillard; two brothers and four sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 12 at Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her name may be made to, White Oak Rescue Squad 555 White Oak Road Falmouth, Va. 22406 or to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway Fredericksburg, Va. 22407.
I have so many fond memories of “Ma-Honey”. She was such a sweet woman who loved her family very much. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Roy and the family.

I remember the twinkle in June’s eye and how she loved to laugh and tell jokes. She was a gentle soul whose life revolved around her family. June will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Our condolences to Roy, Tony, Kathy, Tim and the rest of the family.
