Lois Bell Harvey

Lois Bell Harvey, 81, of Prince William County passed away Monday, June 24, 2013 at Prince William Hospital.Mrs. Harvey was a member and had worked for Cherrydale Baptist Church in Arlington. In later years she worked as the director of Human Resources at McGuire, Woods, Battle and Booth. She was also an active member of Truro Episcopal Church. Mrs. Harvey loved going to Myrtle Beach, eating seafood and swimming in her pool. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.Survivors include her children, Robin Darrow; Thomas Bell and wife Vicki and Mark Bell and wife Marilyn; sister Dorothy Drummond; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Archabald and Ethel Chappell; brothers Charles and Paul Chappell.A service will be held at Noon Saturday, June 29 at Covenant Funeral Service Lee Chapel. Burial will follow in Stonewall Memory Gardens.The family will receive friends one prior hour to the service at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 700 Club, 977 Centerville Tpke, Virginia Beach, VA 23463.
