Ruth Ann O’Neil, 67, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012 at her residence.
Ruth was born November 5, 1944 in Palmyra, NJ and was married to Leonard Klein for 42 years until his death in 2009. Ruth’s passions were her home, gardening, wildlife, and history. She had a 10 year career with the federal government and retired as a budget analyst in 1996.
She is survived by her son, Martin Klein, and her daughter, Kristen Klein.

Sending prayers to Kristen and Martin. Ms. Ruth will be missed by many. She had a way about herself that was both unique and loving. I will never forget the few memories that we had together, the timing was brief, but the memories will last forever.

I did not know your Mom, but I worked for your Dad some
years ago in Suitland MD. He spoke almost reverently of your mother. I also send belated condolances on the loss of your father. I worked for him but a short time but respected his work
ethics and supervison. He was a true leader.
