Allen David Peake Sr.

Allen David Peake, Sr., 83, of Stafford passed away on July 27, 2022. Mr. Peake retired from the federal government and served his country in the US Army in the Military Police until his honorable discharge. He loved life and was an avid fisherman, hunter, and gardener.

Survivors include his daughter, Suzanne (Richard “Dickie”) Peake-Marsh; daughter-in-law Cherie Peake; grandchildren Allen (Ashley) Peake III, Carley (Jeff) Roper, Michaela Dietrich, Taylor Dietrich, Lauren Peake; step-grandchildren Lauren (Blake) O’Brien and Macey Marsh; great-grandchildren Emily, Allison, Kennisyn, Archer; sibling Brenda McCormick; and sister-in-laws Virginia Gardener and Sally Carter.

He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra L. Peake; son Allen D. Peake, Jr.; mother Ruth M. Peake and father Walter D. Peake; brother-in-laws Merle S. Null, Michael Null; and sister-in-law Patricia McNelis.

The family will receive friends at 11AM on August 6, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service – Stafford followed by a service at noon. The interment will follow at Regester Chapel UMC Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
