Annette R. Pfohl, 51, of Fredericksburg, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Mrs. Pfohl was a teacher for Prince William County for 27 years. She lived by the motto “never give up hope”. Mrs. Pfohl enjoyed helping cancer patients and was the inspiration for the local “Battling Cancer Race”, started by her son, Kyle. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Cris J. Pfohl; two sons Curtis and Kyle Pfohl; sisters Loriette Sutherland and Jeanette Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Marcia Williams.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
