Barbara L. Burgess

Barbara L. Burgess, 84, of Fredericksburg passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2023, surrounded by family. 

She was a devoted member of First Christian Church. 

Barbara is survived by her eight children, Vincent Dodd (Norma), Terry Perry, Jesse Dodd, Dean Dodd, Dennis Dodd, Linda Moore (Mark), Judy Walters (Tommie), and Sherri Dickinson (Ronald); 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters, Phyllis Newton and Tammy Burrus (Lonnie); and two brothers, Terry and Dennis Beach. 

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
