Bradley S. Williams Sr., 77, of Brokenburg, Virginia passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023, at Spotsylvania Regional Hospital.
Bradley was born in Spotsylvania on August 16, 1945. He retired from Virginia Department of Transportation after over 40 years of employment. He continued to work after retirement as a County Site Attendant for Spotsylvania County. Bradley was always a hard worker. He loved being outside, taking his morning walks, working in the yard, garden or splitting wood. No one was a stranger to him and he believed himself to be quite the comedian.
He was survived by his wife of 57 years, Brenda Williams; son Bradley Jr. (Stephanie); daughter Angela (JD); 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters Margaret, Annie, Mary and Elaine; and brothers Herbert, Wilbur, Kenny and Boyd.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Lucy Williams; and son Kevin Lee Williams.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to the American Heart Association, Leukemia Society, or any Animal Charity of your choice.
Say not in grief “He is no more” but in thankfulness that he was. Until we meet again, Dad!
