It was Ms. Hill's wish to be cremated.

Calethia Hill was born in Kinston, NC on 5 May 1942, the eldest of two children born to Florence and Malva Williams. She graduated Adkin High School in Kinston, NC, attended NC A&T Univ. in Greensboro, NC, and Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH where she earned an A.S. in Early Childhood Education. She married and was divorced from Mr. Gordon Hill of Dayton, OH with whom she traveled the world and mothered three children: Relda, Gordon Jr., and Khrishnon, all of whom survive her and reside in Fredericksburg, VA. Ms. Hill was an art enthusiast and patron, an amateur political pundit, a wander luster, a gourmet, a firebrand, and a most loving and caring mother. This world will not turn the same without her.

Ms. Hill is survived by her three children and ex-husband listed above; her daughters-in-law, Audrey Hill and Gwen Epps; grandson, Clai Hill; great-granddaughter, Destiny Hill; and her beloved doggies, Oliver and Bailey Rae.

The family of Calethia Hill wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to Capital Caring Hospice of Fredericksburg for their humane and dignified care of our sweet Momma. We also thank Mr. Buddy Williams of Kinston, NC for officiating the memorial service.

God's grace and love be with you all.
