Tribute

Charles Richard Aliff, 80, of Stafford, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Stafford Hospital.

Charles was born in Fayetteville, West Virginia, on August 23, 1939 to the late Troy Barney and Mabel Maxine Aliff. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Jessie Mae Aliff.

Interment will be in Quantico National Cemetery.
