Clement Sealy Sr., was born in Harlem, New York to the late Edith Dargan and Casper Sealy on March 3rd, 1946. He was the youngest of seven children; Clinton, Casper, Lorraine, Theodore, Roslyn and Yvonne.
Clement met and married his wife Willie, producing four children; Clement Jr., Arthenia, Tomdallaya and Xavier. Clement relocated his family to Spotsylvania, Virginia in 1992. Clement was educated in New York City and served in the United States Army from 1965 - 1967. He worked at various companies throughout his life; New York City Transit, Animal Medical Center, Mazda & Volkswagen Dealership and River Park Mutual Home.
Clement was preceded in death by his siblings; Clinton, Casper, Lorraine, Theodore, Roslyn and Yvonne. Clement is survived by his wife, Willie; four children: Clement (Nicole) Sealy Jr., Arthenia (Ernest) James, Tomdallaya (Lacy) Boyd and Xavier Sealy; 14 grandchildren; Krystina, Donte, Ernest, D’Andre, Caitlain, Samuel, Lauren Ann, Clement III, Robert, Kordell, Serenity, Kyra, Eijah and Isiah, 5 great grandchildren; Kameron, Jayceon, Eugene, Audrey and Remi, brother in law O’ Conner Anderson of Washington D.C., sister in law, Sarah Ghent of Beacon New York and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and very good friends.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Quantico National Cemetery.
