Craig McDowell "Moose" Hoeferkamp

Craig McDowell “Moose” Hoeferkamp, 53, of Fredericksburg passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at home with his wife by his side.

Craig was born on April 29, 1968 in Illinois. He graduated from Courtland High School. Craig was most recently employed by Geico where he started out in Service and then quickly worked his way up to management. He most recently celebrated 25 years working for Geico.

Craig had a passion for music. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and anyone who enjoyed talking about the Lord. Craig would tell you the best thing in his life is his Salvation. He met the Lord, accepted him, and was baptized.

Survivors include his loving wife, Angela Hoeferkamp. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Lydia Hoeferkamp.
