Daniel Beale Chinault, Sr.

We are sad to announce the passing of Daniel “Danny” Beale Chinault Sr. of Fredericksburg.

He peacefully passed at the age of 60 on Tuesday March 14, 2023, surrounded by family after a lengthy battle with cancer. Danny was a devoted husband, father, and Granddad. Outside of his hard-working personality he enjoyed helping others in any way he could.

He was survived by his wife, Brenda Chinault; son Daniel Chinault Jr., (Alisha); daughter Britney Chinault Samson, (David); four grandchildren, Connor, Caden, Carson, and Brixton; sister Rebecca Wilkins (Mike); brothers Walter Chinault, Earnest Chinault, Bradley Chinault, and Wayne Chinault, (Susan); and devoted friend Bill Rodick.

He was preceded by his father Julian J. Chinault; mother Marjorie M. Chinault; and brothers Kenneth Chinault, and Randy Chinault.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 20, 2023, at Covenant Funeral Service Fredericksburg from 5-7pm. A service will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 1pm at Covenant Funeral Services Fredericksburg Chapel. Danny will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.
