David Cowan "Bo" Cline

David Cowan “Bo” Cline, IV, 47, of Stafford County passed away on June 30, 2020 at his home. He was born in Fairfax on July 30, 1972 to David and Brenda Cline.

Bo graduated from North Stafford High School, where he excelled in football and track, in 1991. He worked many years for S.W. Rodgers, becoming a foreman. Later he worked for Stafford County Utilities and most recently VDOT.

Survivors include his parents; wife, Emily Cline; cherished daughter, Charlotte Rose Cline; siblings Christopher Cline (Linda) and Kelly Boswell, all of Stafford; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Cline.

Services will be private due to the pandemic conditions.

In lieu of flowers, donations toward the care and education of Bo’s daughter, Charlotte, are greatly appreciated.
