David Andrew Frasher, 23, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his residence.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with a Rosary beginning at 6 p.m. A Mass of Celebration will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment will be private.
