Frances White Cline, 93, of Fredericksburg passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Charter Senior Living.

Mrs. Cline retired from Quantico Marine Base after twenty years as Civil Service for the U.S. Government. She was a member of Virginia Temple #1 Pythian Sisters and a member of Falmouth Baptist Church.

Survivors include one grandson, Keefe of Fredericksburg; one granddaughter Kyna of Spotsylvania County; one brother Randolph White of Warrenton; one sister Jean Hope Duckworth of West Virginia; one great-granddaughter Kiera; one great-grandson Caleb Franklin; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Franklin W. Cline; and daughter Barbara Cline Coble.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg with Rev. Leslie Powers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
