Frances Sullivan Foster

Frances Sullivan Foster of Fredericksburg, Virginia, departed this life much too soon but peacefully at her home in Bessemer City, North Carolina on the morning of Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
She is survived by her devoted husband of Maurice Jan Foster of 55 years, her son Maurice “Jay” Foster II his wife Paula Foster, their two children BreeAnna and Maurice J. Foster III “Jacob”, daughter Donna Embrey and husband Dennis Embrey, her loving sister Priscilla Decatur and husband Jeff Decatur, sister and best friend Jennie Lee Sullivan, brother Rosser Sullivan wife Rosemary Sullivan, seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and the ever-widening circle of nieces, nephews and friends.
She traveled the world and as she indulged in life. 
She is preceded in death by her parents Adelaide and Claude Sullivan, daughter and grandson  Pamela and Chase Bullock. 
Interment will be at Quantico National Cemetery on Monday, March,18 at 1:00pm, at 18424 Joplin Rd. Triangle Virginia, during which there will be a service for family and friends.
