Francis “Frank” Kutt, 85, of Spotsylvania passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Frank was an avid collector of toy tractors, Department 56 Villages, and coins. He spent many hours in his luxury woodshop and loved to photograph weddings and family trips.
Frank dedicated 42 years of his life to serving his nation in the United Stated Air Force and as a civil servant for the Department of Defense. Most of all Frank was a husband, father, and friend to everyone he met.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Maryln Kutt; children, Kevin Kutt (Joy), Susan Kutt, Richard (Brandi); eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Agnes and Lester Kutt; children, Mary, Joseph, and Russel Kutt; sister Donna Wineski; brothers, Leon Kutt and David Kutt.
A service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The funeral service will also be live streamed using the link below. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, March of Dimes, or the Spotsylvania County Rescue Squad.
