Gerald H. "Jerry" Thrasher

Gerald H. “Jerry” Thrasher, 83, formerly of Upper Saint Clair, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in Fredericksburg, VA.

An enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, Jerry retired from the U.S. Army and U.S. Postal Service. He was an avid sports fan and spent many years playing fast-pitch softball around the world.

Survivors include wife of 52 years, Donna; children Farrell Thrasher, Joyce Davis (Lee), and Robin Stander of Tulsa, OK, and Tanya Thrasher (William Cabeza) of Fredericksburg, VA; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and nieces, Lillian Thrasher, Sally Thrasher, and Sharon Thrasher. He was preceded in death by his brother Charles D. Thrasher.

Services will be private.
