Jacqueline Marie Breen

Jacqueline Marie Breen, D.O. embarked on her next life’s adventure with her Lord on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

Jacqui is survived by her children, Catherine, Anthony, John, and Matthew; parents Janice and John Breen; and siblings John, Janice, Jeffrey, Joseph, and Judith.

Jacqui was an outstanding student at Lumen Cordium High School, Boston University, and Ohio University Medical School. Her selfless and giving nature is evident in the praise and gratitude from her patients for her thoughtful, healing care as a family physician.

Jacqui’s talents went beyond her profession. She lived for her children. Jacqui always put the needs of others before her own. She was a compassionate, loving soul. She shined in her culinary skills and was well known for preparing exquisite meals for her family. Jacqui’s art and design skills will live in our memory and hearts, and our walls and drawers in beautiful handmade gifts. She will be sorely missed. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel with the recitation of the Rosary at 6 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, OH at a later date.
