Jessie Jean Howard Tucker

Jessie Tucker, 94, passed peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2021 surrounded by her family, comforted by their love.

Jessie was a devoted wife and mother.  Her hobbies included jigsaw puzzles, country music, and enjoying nature.  She will be missed. 

She was blessed with two children, Lester Tucker and Phyllis Tucker Neal (Harry); six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt J. Tucker. 

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 8 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A private graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 9.
