Joe Edward Tompkins, 89, of Spotsylvania passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at his home.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Mt. Hope Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
