Joseph Patrick Allman

Joseph Patrick Allman, 51, of Fredericksburg passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at his home.

Mr. Allman was called “Pat” by his family and “Joe” by friends and co-workers.  He was born August 19, 1969 in Washington D.C.  He formally lived and worked in Ohio and while living in Williamsburg he loved to go to Busch Gardens.  Mr. Allman moved back to Fredericksburg due to his serious illness.  He worked fulltime at the Massaponax Walmart and loved the people he worked with and those he met while working there.  He was an ardent fan of the “Washington Redskins” and the Washington Capitals hockey team. 

Survivors include his mother, Marie Windsor; sister Pamela Allman Schlunz; step-siblings Debra Owens of Pennsylvania, Kathy Trenary of Delaware, and David Windsor of Winchester; and niece Juliana Rathbone, among others.  He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Allman; and step-father Laurence Windsor.
