Lillian J. Tyler

Lillian J. Tyler, 89, of Stafford County, departed this earthly journey on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Mary Washington Hospital

Lillian J. Tyler was born April 29, 1929 to the late Lindy Mae and William Clarence Tyler in Stafford, County. She was one of fourteen siblings.

To cherish her fond memories, Lillian is survived by her brother, Stevenson (Steve) Tyler and sister-in-law Hattie Tyler; and a host of loving cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Lillian was preceded in death by eight sisters; the late Mary Hamilton, Martha Jackson West, Jean Ely, Helen Tyler, Florida Mae Tyler, Orie Johnson, Nannie Reid, and Audrey-Lee Tyler; and four brothers; the late Peyton Tyler, Curtis Tyler, Mack Tyler, and Cecil Tyler.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Tyler Family Cemetery.
