Marie Phillips, 71 of Spotsylvania County passed away on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015 at Mary Washington Hospital. Ms. Phillips was retired from the federal government and had worked as a real estate broker. Survivors include her companion, Joe Donald Reese, daughter Johnnie Louise Ramsey, and brother Tom Phillips. Services were private. Burial was in the Combs Family Cemetery in Selmer, Tn.
