Mary E. Staples

Mary E. Staples, 94, of Falmouth, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mary was a member of Ferry Farms Baptist Church. She enjoyed a good life of travel and gathering with family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Samuels; grandson Andy Samuels; great-grandchildren Jay, Kelsey, Andrew, Natalie, and Nathan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis; grandson Jason; siblings Arthur, Edward, Charles, Virginia, Mildred, Florence, Marie, and Laura.

A service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8 at Covenant Funeral Service Fredericksburg chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
