Myra Jackson

Myra Elizabeth Herring Jackson, 99, of Spotsylvania County died Monday, January 15, 2007 at her residence.
She was the widow of Theodore M. Herring and a member of Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Bruce Herring of Bostic, NC and T. Melvyn Herring, II of Houston, TX; two daughters, Doralyn E. Thomas of Spotsylvania County and Yvonne E. Hodges of Louisville, MS; a sister, Marjorie Arrington of Baltimore, MD; nine grandchildren, Kevin, Tambralyn, Angela, Candace, Nicole, Kimberlee, Theodore M., III, Jason, and Lisa; 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, January 20 at Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Glenford Baxter officiating. Burial will be at noon on Monday, January 22 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Baltimore, MD.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the church.
