Patricia Joan Bryant

Patricia Joan Bryant, 77, of Wake Forest, NC passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh, NC.

She was born and raised in Washington, DC. She worked most of her career at Metro Transit in DC as a Data Processing Supervisor. She retired in 2001 after 28 years. Patricia was a life-long member of the United Methodist Church. She spent most of her retirement years in Virginia Beach enjoying beach life. However, she always considered Fredericksburg her home.

Survivors include her son, David Bryant (Sandra); and grandchildren Joel and Jeremy Bryant. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Wade; and brother Allen Newton.

A service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 21 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 22 in Oak Hill Cemetery.
