Patricia Ann Dove

Patricia Ann Dove, 78, of Stafford County passed away on June 10, 2022 at Mary Washington Hospital.

Patricia was born in 1943 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, to John and Callie Hairfield. Mrs. Dove dedicated her life to being a fantastic and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She had a heart full of generosity and never hesitated to help others.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Harvey A. Dove of Stafford County; children Jeffrey A. Dove (Holly) of Spotsylvania, VA, Steven M. Dove (Everett) of Lexington, SC, Kevin B. Dove of Spotsylvania, VA, Philip C. Dove of Stafford, VA and Gary K. Dove (Billie) of Spotsylvania, VA; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers Gene Hairfield, James Hairfield; and sisters Linda Ballengee, Mary Burchell, and Marie Brent.

She was preceded in death by her sister Cora Lucente; brothers Ivan Hairfield, Melvin Hairfield, Chancellor Hairfield; and her beloved sister-in-law Delores Hairfield.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Cody Dove, Jackson Dove, Nicholas Dove, Chris Hairfield, Wayne Hairfield and Wade Garrison Sr.
