Philip Craig Smith, 51, of Stafford, and loving husband and father of one, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 5, 2020.
Phil was born on February 25, 1969 in Okinawa, Japan to Marcus C. and Emily Laquatta (Rose) Smith. He was a master gardener and landscaper and studied computers.
On February 5, 1994, he married Tiffanie Michelle Fairweather. Together they raised one daughter, Emily, who is their pride and joy, and makes them so proud.
Phil loved his Washington Redskins football team, and really enjoyed computer gaming. He always had to have either his Arizona green tea with ginseng or Mountain Dew. He had a sense of humor that could not be beat, always making people laugh. He loved his Rock and Roll and Heavy Metal music.
Phil is survived by his wife, Tiffanie; his daughter, Emily; his parents, Marcus and Laquatta; his brothers, Mark and David; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and too many in-laws, friends & loved ones to count, and who loved him more than he ever knew.
A light blew out on October 5, but he will be loved forever, and remembered all of the time by those who loved him. We will miss his mischievous smile and twinkle in his eye, the way he laughed, and how he always made everyone else around him laugh.
Services will be held privately.
Flowers or donations are not necessary, but may be sent to his wife, Tiffanie Smith c/o Deborah Oliver, 13166 Elk Run Road, Bealeton, VA 22712.
