Phyllis Carlene Mills

Phyllis Carlene Mills, 66, of Spotsylvania passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at her home.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Mills, Sr.; children Melissa Musselman (Scott), Kenneth Mills, Jr. (Teresa), Jeremy Mills, Jacqueline Jones (Brian Burton); 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters; and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Mills; and grandson Shawn Mills.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 30 at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Christian Outreach Tabernacle Cemetery.
