Richard Pavlak

Richard Pavlak, Sr., 57, passed from this earth on Friday, September 10, 2021.

He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. Richard was a kind and gentle man who loved to spend time with his family. He liked to travel, spend time outdoors, especially along Skyline Drive, and attend his youngest daughter Rita’s Special Olympics and Ainsley’s Angels events.

He leaves behind his wife, Maria Cecilia Pavlak; daughters Caroline Pavlak and Rita Pavlak; son Richard Pavlak, Jr.; sisters Jean Glendon and Jessica Pavlak; brothers Stanley Pavlak, Jr. (Tina), Martin Pavlak (Michele); and nieces Emily and Laura Pavlak; nephews Jesse Glendon, Michael Pavlak, and Stephen Pavlak.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15 with interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Area 11 Special Olympics of Virginia.
