Rohn E. Grammer, Sr.

Rohn E. Grammer, Sr., 67, of Spotsylvania, VA passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022. He was the son of the late George W. and Nancy E. Grammer of Spotsylvania.

Rohn was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and Virginia National Guard, where he served our country for 25 years. He later worked for Southland/McLane for 45 years. Rohn’s passions were flying and truck driving. He also worked with the Courtland High School Marching Band for four years.

He is survived by his wife, Arleen M. Grammer; sons Rohn E. Grammer, Jr., Timothy M. Grammer, and Bruce W. Lineweaver (Stephanie); daughter Sherrie M. Ashe (Jeremy); 11 grandchildren; sisters Virginia L. Greer and Nanette Lee (Tommy); four nephews; and one niece; one great nephew and one great niece. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 28 at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at noon in Culpeper National Cemetery.
