Ronald Christopher Brown

Ronald Christopher Brown, 67, of Fredericksburg passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Sentara Hospital.

Ronald was a man of many talents. He was a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, as well as a hard, dedicated worker. He worked in the uniform and dry cleaning business for more than 20 years. He enjoyed nights out with the guys for his bowling league, and “business trips” to Atlantic City for some gambling. He was a pool shark at heart with a cue stick.

Ronald loved to travel to other states, sight-seeing always made him appreciate where he came from. He made sure to play every mini golf course around the areas traveled.

He loved being with his friends and family. His kids kept him on his feet, but all of the grandkids calling him Papa was the highlight of his days.

Survivors include his wife, Claudia Perez; children Holly Paul (Del), Joshua Brown (Candice), Christina Brown (Josh); grandchildren Kayla, Lurisa, Stephanie, Cloe, Eryka, Elizabeth, Jaxon, and Skyler; great-grandchildren Brayden, Jacob, Nielle, Lyla, Aidan, Amiya, and Amilya; as well as siblings Sandra, Susan, and Dick. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Brown; and parents Richard and Margarete Brown.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A gathering will follow the service at Holly Paul’s residence.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toys for Tots.
