Sandra Ann Peterson

Sandra Ann Peterson, 80, of Stafford, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at Marion Manor.

Mrs. Peterson was a nurse at INOVA Alexandria Hospital.  She loved gardening, flowers and was a member of the Shriner’s Association.   

Survivors include her children, Debra Ann Ramsey and David Allen Light; grandchildren Kenny Sweeney, Michael Sweeney, Joshua Ramsey, Bradley Ramsey, Brandon Stevens, Jacob Stevens and Cassidy Stevens; and great-grandson Ryan Sweeney.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Peterson, Sr.; son Daniel A. Light; and daughter Donna A. Stevens.  

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12 at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
