Shannon Nadine Hanna

Shannon Nadine Hanna, 74, of Stafford County passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, after a four-year battle with cancer. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and compassionate Gram.

Shannon enjoyed going on adventures, running 5Ks, and watching Driving Miss Daisy and Steel Magnolias on repeat. She retired from her federal government position after 20+ years of service and will be dearly missed by her surviving husband, two sons, and three grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends from 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Choice Baptist Church, 16 Burton Loop Fredericksburg, VA 22406. A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the church. Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
