Steven Clark Smith

Steven Clark Smith, 28, of Spotsylvania County passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 in Thornburg.

He was a sports fanatic and an avid fisherman.

Survivors include his devoted partner Candice Jenkins; mother Susan Smith (Bill Pennifield) of Thornburg; father Mark Smith (Pam) of North Carolina; brother Benjamin Smith (Jody Rose-Smith) and their beloved children of North Carolina; uncles James Smith (Betty), Nathan Smith (Missy); aunts Angie Poythres and Terri Hargrave; and many cousins, extended family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Junior “Smitty” Smith and Elizabeth Smith.

His family is planning a Celebration of Life to take place at a later date, on his birthday in June.
