Victor M. Telleria, 81, of Stafford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Stafford Hospital.
Victor was born on August 1, 1937 in Managua, Nicaragua. He enjoyed his life to the fullest. Victor married the love of his life, Myriam on July 20th, 1963. He moved the entire family to the United States to ensure a better life in November of 1979. Nothing was more important to Victor than his family. Victor’s top priority was to make sure his family was well taken care of.
Victor was the life of the party. People naturally gravitated towards him because of his warm smile and inviting personality. Victor loved to laugh, dance, tell jokes, and reminisce about the stories of his past. He was also a very generous and giving man and would stop anything he was doing to help out a friend or family member.
Victor is survived by his wife, Myriam, whom he never wanted to be without; seven children Juana Isabel, Rosa, Victor, Jr. (Kathleen), Miriam (Kirt), Nelson (Bahar), Gilbert, and Delfa (Mike); sister Isabel; 14 grandchildren Yako, Jaqueline, Rigo, Breyana, Jordan, Victor, Kayla, Charlize, Brandon, Bethany, Nelson, Casey, Lucas, and Nicholas; three great-grandchildren, Yako, Jr., Elizabeth, and Marcus. He was preceded in death by his sister, Conchita, and parents Basilio and Juana Telleria.
A Catholic service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 22 at Covenant Funeral Service Chapel, Stafford. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
