William "Willie" H. Parnell, Jr.

William "Willie" Parnell, Jr., 64 ,of Partlow Va. gained his wings at Mary Washington Hospital Saturday, June 18, 2022. 

Willie was a carpenter and a mechanic all of his life. He was a very hard-working man that loved to be outside working alongside his boys from sunup to sundown and coming home in the evening to his wife and daughter.  Willie was a true friend to many and was known for his loyalty and ability to always keep those around him laughing and smiling.

Willie is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sandra K. Parnell; children Robert “Wayne” Parnell and Roxanne Parnell; grandchildren Anyah Smith, Ne’vaeh Fox, Kyree Parnell, Hailey Parnell, and Joey Pascuzzi; brothers Michael Parnell and Mitch Berry; and sister Jamie Berry.

He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Parnell; sister Tammy Woodard; and mother Barbara Haley. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
