Dear Gene and Gloria, I was so sorry to read of the loss of your son, Mark. He had graduated from Montfort by the time I was teaching there but I remember when I was volunteering in art with Stevie. He showed a lot of talent at a young age. We were in some Art History classes at MWC together. You and Mark are in my thoughts and prayers.
I met Mark through work at UPS. He would come in to ship his pool cues. I met Anna when she was very young and he would bring her in with him. He was not only a customer, he became a good friend and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, especially Anna Banana (my nickname for her).

Goodbye, and Rest in Peace, Mark.
I met Mark at Chancellor High and most recently exchanged funny stories about our bulldogs. He was a very supportive friend and will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to your familty.
I offer my condolences to everyone in Mark’s family. I remember Mark mostly from the art classes we shared together at Chancellor High School. He sat across from me for several years. We would talk about the friends we shared and starting college at MWC. He was the boy who lived next door (well, right down the street) yet he was still so far away…
My prayers are with the family. I wish there were words I could share that would ease the pain for you all and provide comfort. I also went to school with Mark and have many good memories. Although I had not seen him in many years, I feel confident he didn’t change much and was still the caring, fun guy I knew. May you be comforted by your memories of him and the words shared by so many lives he touched. God bless you all.
I’m so sorry to hear of Mark’s passing. I attended school with him at both Monfort and Chancellor. My sincere condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Bear, Mark’s daughter, and everyone else who loved him.
Mark, you will be missed. Prayers and God’s comfort for you and your family. I just wish we would have had the chance to make 1 more cast. Miss fishing with you brother.
My condolences to Mark’s family. His name always came up in conversations about the best full-splice cuemakers. Mark and I met this year and had dinner with friends at the Super Billiards Expo. He had a great sense of humor; his presence will be missed.
Mark will be missed through out the pool cue world. And I will miss our conversations, RIP Mark. My prayers go out to his family, God must have needed a full splice cue.
Gloria and Gene, I am just catching up on reading my papers. When I saw Mark’s picture, my heart just broke. I remember him as being such a nice, friendly, outgoing young man when I photographed his Senior portrait. I am so sorry. May God comfort you both and his daughter. Theresa
Gene and Gloria – Wishing you both strength to face the long days ahead. Sadness will overwhelm you. The word WHY will haunt you. Parents go first. RIGHT? Repeat the 23d Psalm over and over. It helps. Time is nothing and everything daily, but it finally eases the pain. Your lives will never be the same. WE KNOW GOD will help both of you. Cary and Carol
RIP Mark. I will always remember the time I was lucky enough to spend with you talking and sharing stories, shooting pool, and just enjoying life.
Todd
