Garry my golfing buddy you will be missed, all the great times we had and all the joking we did. You’ll be MISSED greatly my FRIEND, Bonnie our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family
My wife and I are indeed saddened by Garry’s passing. He was one of those folks that could find something to laugh and joke about in any situation. Garry was a devoted family man, and gave of himself to help others through service with the Fire Department.
I have so many memories from the Jenkin home from when I was a younger. Garry and Bonnie were always welcoming. “Homer”, you will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I worked with Garry at the FBI Academy from 2/2001 to 2/2004. I have very fine memories of Garry. We were both from the Alexandria area. We would laugh about the “good ole days”. My prayers go out to his family.
I can’t begin to say all the things I am feeling. I keep going over in my head all the times we were younger & the fun we all had waiting for Sean to be born & then my daughter. You and your family are in my thoughts. I feel a part of me is missing but you will now be able to see mom & catch up on things. Until we see each other again someday, rest in peace.
A friend from years past at GW High School. Bonnie you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
He was way to young and taken too fast but I hope he Rest In Peace.
My heart goes out to you all~ Bonnie,Sean,Shannon & baby Christopher~ “Homer” as I knew him was an all around great guy who would do anything for anyone even if he just met you! He would welome people into his home and immediately make make you feel like you were part of the family. He is an Angel that was taken from us way too early. May the warmth of God, family & friends comfort you right now at this difficult time.
As you know I have always had a hard time putting things in words. I come back here often and read the comments your and my friends and family have written. They all remembered a small part of you, and especially how you liked to joke around. Those jokes and tricks you pulled on everyone is what I will always remember. You joked about everything especially things that you were afraid of. Even up to the day before you left this earth. I had known for a long time that you were tired and ready to go, but I had hoped you would be here just a little longer. I do miss you , everyday! Christopher misses you so much , but cannot express what he feels. Shannon still aches in her heart, and Sean had so much he needed to say to you. Mosy most of all we loved you so much and Talk about you daily. I know you left peacefully and for that I am grateful. Rest in peace and watch over your” Lil Man”. Your Loving Wife.
